CONDITIONS OF SALE
The ELISE online shop is open to private individuals. Wholesalers and other customers are advised to contact our customer service by emailing email@example.com. All prices in the ELISE online shop are inclusive of VAT. Shipping and handling costs are currently €5.
When you complete your purchase at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation on the screen. You will also receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
In the ELISE online shop, you can pay by credit card via the Stripe payment service. You can use Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Apple Pay. Your payment is secured by Stripe.
We will dispatch your order on the next working day following the receipt of your order. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, we will dispatch it to you on Monday.
Orders are delivered by post to your local postal agent. The goods are sent as traceable packages with individual tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email. Delivery time within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway is 5 working days. Delivery time outside of Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway is 10 working days.
Once your order has arrived at your postal agent, you will receive a notification via post.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, please use the same packaging that the item was sent in. Please ensure the package is securely sealed, then address it to our logistics partner PGM (see return address below) and send it via your postal agent.
All returned items should be clean, unused and with any tags intact. If the returned item is not in a resalable condition, we will return it to you at your expense.
The customer covers the cost of returning goods to our warehouse. Please keep the receipt for the return shipment.

Once your returned goods have been received and approved by our logistics partner, we will refund you within 14 working days.

The Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU) is a nonprofit organisation for sexual and reproductive health and rights founded in 1933. RFSU works with information, education and public opinion formation on local, national and international levels. Operations are run locally through local associations.
